Objective: To understand Loss and Damage resulting from Climate change and how Indigenous Peoples’ experiences and perspectives may be incorporated into the global discussion. The session will also discuss the implications of Article 6 discussions for Indigenous Peoples.

Content: Overview of the Loss and Damage discussion, the Article 6 negotiations,  Just Energy Transition, and developments in relation to the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage, vis-à-vis Indigenous Peoples’ interests.
