Objective: To analyze the decisions related to the Local Communities and Indigenous Peoples Platform (LCIPP) taken in COP28, their implication to national implementation, and their relevance for COP29 in Azerbaijan.

Content: Review of the last COP decisions relating to Indigenous Peoples. Discuss what these decisions mean in practice, how they can be operationalized at the national level, and what to expect from COP29.
